“ We love Portland. Up from the Bay Area as a relative is in the hospital and we were staying down the street. Bartender at our hotel recommended the place and it did not disappoint. Friendly staff, decent food (don't miss the taco Tuesday menu) and a local clientele that are kind and accepting. Just what we needed under the circumstances. Note that they close at 10 sharp. Part of their lease. ”

“ A small sports bar near the waterfront in downtown Portland. This unassuming place has some seating inside but a majority of it is outside. A great place to bring your pup with you and have a bite to eat and drink for happy hour around 4pm. I had the fish tacos and an iced tea during happy hour because I had to work in an hour. Wait staff was polite kind and helpful. Tacos were great, strong flavors but not overly spicy. I ordered some fish and chips to go but was somewhat disappointed, they Definitely favored the tacos over the fish and chips. If you are out and about, give it a try. ”

The food is delicious, like the blackened salmon and chicken coconut curry, tried the beer Breakside Wanderlust IPA and specialty drink Strawberry Drops which are awesome ”
